Q: Why do evil people always seem to be winning?

A: This world is in a fallen state. Money, popularity, status, and power of this world are Godless forms of winning, which in reality is not winning at all because they are without God, so they will be burned in the lake of fire, them and their works, if they do not repent.

A: That's delusion from the truth.

A: Do not judge winning based on how much materialism someone has, rather by their faith in the LORD.

A: That comes from a perspective of a fallen state of man. When you serve the LORD and you're trying to do right, you are at war with your old nature. God will reward you for forsaking worldly victories and serving Him.
